Order & Shipping Confirmation Email

Here is what you should do if you haven't received an order confirmation email or shipping confirmation email.

Order confirmation email

1. Allow up to one hour

After placing your order, it may take up to one hour for the confirmation email to arrive. The timing depends on your email provider, and in some cases, delivery may be slightly delayed. To ensure you receive your confirmation email, verify that the email address entered during checkout is accurate. Mistakes such as typos can prevent the email from being delivered.

2. Check your spam or junk folder

Sometimes, our emails may end up in your spam or junk folder especially if this is your first time ordering from us. Make sure to check there if the confirmation hasn’t arrived in your inbox. If you find the email in your spam or junk folder, mark it as 'Not Spam' to ensure future emails are directed to your inbox.

3. Still haven’t received it?

If it’s been more than an hour and you’ve checked your spam folder, feel free to contact our support team with your name and email address so we can confirm that your order was successfully placed. Missing confirmation emails don’t necessarily mean your order wasn’t placed successfully. You can often rely on the shipping confirmation email as an alternative indicator. Additionally, the shipping confirmation email will include tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.


Shipping Confirmation Email

Once your order has been picked and packed, you will receive a tracking email that looks similar to this:

It includes details such as:

  • The delivery address (to your home, parcel locker, or parcel shop, depending on the carrier you selected)

  • Your tracking number

  • A “Track your order” button that links directly to the carrier’s website

This email confirms that your order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse.
When the carrier has registered the shipment, you’ll be able to see live tracking updates and an estimated delivery date through the tracking link.

Please note that it can take up to a day before this email is sent.
For example, if you place an order on Friday afternoon, it will be picked and packed on Monday, and you will receive the tracking email then.
