Expiry Information
If your test includes collection tubes with preservatives or stabilizing agents (for example, saliva, stool, urine, or blood kits), the expiration date is printed directly on the tube. Please check this before using the test.
It’s important to follow the expiration date, as samples collected in expired tubes may no longer be valid for lab analysis.
Rapid Tests
Expiry on Box
For rapid tests, the expiration date is printed on the outside of the box. Be sure to check this before using the test, especially if you’ve had it at home for a while.

If you notice that your test is past its expiry date, please contact our support team before using it. In most cases, we’ll be happy to help you with a replacement solution.
