The Parts List is a list of all the 'parts', or 'garden objects', on your plan. To populate it you need to first add Garden Objects such as structures, raised beds, containers, irrigation components etc to your plan.

Once you've added all the Garden Objects you need to your plan, you can then view the Parts List from the plan tabs above the planning grid:
