The Dashboard is the first page you see when you log in to Whistleblower Software. It gives you a quick overview of the cases assigned to you and a summary of recent case activity.
Assigned to me
The Assigned to me section shows all cases that have been directly assigned to you. This is your personal working list and the quickest way to see what needs your attention. Click View on any row to open the case directly.
💡 This section only appears if you have been assigned cases. If no cases have been assigned to you, this section will be empty. It will also be empty if you do not have the permission rights to manage cases.
Statistics
Below the assigned cases, the Dashboard shows a Statistics snapshot giving you a quick overview of recent case activity. The date range shown here defaults to the last 16 days and updates to reflect today's date.
The statistics section includes three key counters:
New cases: Cases that have been submitted but not yet acted on.
Open cases: Cases currently being handled or investigated.
Closed cases: Cases that have been resolved
Below the counters you will find two charts:
Amount of cases over time is a line chart showing case volume by date of creation. This helps you spot spikes in reporting activity over the recent period.
State breakdown is a bar chart showing how many cases are currently sitting in each state: New, Under investigation, and Closed. This gives you a quick read on where your workload is concentrated.
💡 For a deeper analysis of your data across longer timeframes and with more filters, head to the Statistics page from the left navigation menu. This is only accessible if you have permission rights to view Statistics.
