What is MyWheels?
MyWheels is a car sharing platform in the Netherlands, its giving you access to a wide variety of vehicles across the country. Through Figo, you can use MyWheels for business trips, with costs billed directly to your employer.
Do I have access to Mywheels?
This depends on your employer's setup. Open the Figo app and see if MyWheels is available to you, it will appear straight on the map. Don't see it? Contact your HR department or check with support@figo.app
Getting Started
Use the Figo app to browse available MyWheels cars by location and availability. Once you've found a suitable car, click on the card and request accces. You'll receive an email to create a MyWheels account or link your existing account to Figo. Booking a car can be done through the Mywheels app.
Unlocking and returning the car
Opening and closing the car is handled entirely through the Mywheels app. Make sure you have the app installed before your trip.
Always return the car on time and to the agreed location.
Late returns or incorrect drop-off locations may result in additional charges.
Costs
All MyWheels costs are billed directly to your employer via Figo as long as you book the trip on the subscription of your employer. No out-of-pocket payment or expense claim is needed.
