Updated over a month ago

Klarna allows you to buy everything you'd like, whilst paying off the balance over a period of time. Available to all customers aged 18 and over with a billing and delivery address registered in the UK.

To use Klarna, you will need to provide your mobile number and email address so Klarna can send your payment statement.

From the day your order is shipped, you will have up to 30 days to try on your order and pay Klarna. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with payment instructions from Klarna within two days. No interest, no fees. You can pay via credit or debit card at www.klarna.com/uk.

Klarna will alert you two days before payment is due. You'll receive email reminders to pay, and further calls and letters if the balance is left unpaid.

You can pay for your order at any point after you receive the email from Klarna with your payment details. Just follow the instructions in this email to pay for your order.

Klarna Important to know:

  • Missed payments can affect your ability to use Klarna.

  • If you return an item that you paid for using Klarna, Klarna will either cancel or amend your payment.

  • Klarna may run a soft credit search that does not affect your credit score and is only visible on your credit file by you and Klarna. Neither Klarna nor Eshi runs credit searches that could impact your credit rating. This includes the point of application, if a payment is missed, or if the outstanding balance enters a debt collection stage

  • Klarna's Pay in 3 / Pay in 30 days is an unregulated credit agreement. Borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may negatively impact your financial status and ability to obtain credit. 18+, Subject to status. Late payment fees apply. T's & C's apply.

  • In the UK, you must be over 18 to use this credit offer.

  • Klarna is an independent company, and Eshi does not influence the application process. Klarna uses ‘soft searches’ with credit reference agencies; these do not affect your credit rating.
