Advanced Automation
Corrected a scenario in the Quick Workflow Automation Process where multiple active User Reports were causing the User Report Picker to not display any User Reports
AI Assistant
The AI Assistant is now backed by GPT-4o, the latest Large Language Model available on Azure OpenAI. The Assistant can now respond to questions and retrieve data more quickly
You can now report on Policy Field Exception estimated costs in the system currency
API
The new API subscription ‘Employee Experience API’ has been added which API subscriber users can now subscribe to. The following can be completed from an external system using this API:
Assignments can be created or updated
Bank Account Information can be created or updated
Get details of authorized services
Get voucher details submitted from the employee
Define a cost for requesting activation of services, allowing budgets to be controlled as part of the assigned authorized services set
Register new vouchers with payment details
Request new services to be authorized or de-authorized
Resources can be added, changed, or removed for an existing Assignment
The Traveler Compliance API now supports ‘Posted Worker Directive Status’ and ‘Posted Worker Directive Documents.’ The Equus Platform can now receive these details from an external system
Business Rules
Corrected an issue that occurred when multi-context functions were combined with math operations
Updated a scenario where the values for Projects were not available on the ‘Compare To’ field in the conditions grid
Business Travel Compliance API
In the Assignment Travel Destination grid of a Business Travel mobility record, new columns with color coding have been added to better display the Travel Destination assessment results
Travel Destination Assessment Results with color coding have now been added when viewing Business Travel mobility records on the Mobility Manager Widget
Expense Entry
Fixed an issue where the rounding of decimal values was causing a validation error on Expense Entries, preventing them from being saved
Imports
A new Compensation Accumulator import wizard has been added which supports the ‘Comp Accum Simple Format’ Import and the ‘Comp Accum Simple Format (by Paysource)’ Import. This includes the following features:
Automatic transformation of Compensation Accumulator data files
Data validation and correction which can be completed directly in the Equus Platform
Landing Experience
Resolved an issue that prevented widgets from being resized on the Dashboard grid after drilling into them
Mobile Employee Experience
‘Spouse’ displayed in the Mobile Employee Experience has been renamed to ‘Spouse/Partner’
The timeout duration for loading of the ‘Living Abroad - Host Country Data’ has been increased
Mobility Management
Corrected a scenario where the Employee Search was unresponsive when the Policy dropdown field was loading
Fixed a scenario where the Employee Search was unresponsive when Company Segment dropdown fields are loading
Resolved an instance where the Remote Work Request Form can be submitted with an invalid Return Date
Posted Workers
A Posted Worker Notification document type can now be used to store all Posted Worker Directive documents in the Equus Platform
The Mobility Manager Widget can now be utilized to start the Posted Worker Notification Filing Process
The Risk Summary Widget found on the standard Mobile Employee Management Dashboard can be used to manage Posted Workers and Posted Worker notification filing
To support the Posted Worker Directive process, hosting and posting contacts can now be added to the destination details for Posted Workers
SCIM/Enhanced User Management
Fixed an issue in the SCIM API where an error was being returned for queries from external systems for user IDs ending in ‘.’
Service Orders
Resolved an issue where ‘Create Service Order and Send’ Quick Workflow automations were failing to send emails to non-integrated vendors
Tax Positions
Updated the Equus Standard Tax Position Sets to ensure all tax positions now have a standard input
User Reports
The ‘Assignment Derived Calculations (view)’ has been renamed to ‘Assignment Derived Calculations’ to address User Reports which failed when they included Custom SQL fields that referenced the display name of the view
Resolved an issue with formatting that occurred when large amounts of HTML were used in User Report fields
Updated a scenario which caused User Reports outputted in the .xlsx format to fail when they contained hexadecimal characters
