The AI Assistant has been enhanced to support new fields and data sources in the Equus Platform. You can now unlock deeper insights and discover key trends with an expanded dataset, enabling questions regarding Policy Exceptions and Service Orders

Travel Destination Assessments

An improved way to track, manage and assess risks associated with business travel, in the Equus Platform.

The new Business Traveler Compliance Assessments will help teams identify and mitigate risks associated with Business Travel, including tax, Social Security, immigration and PWD requirements

Enhance accuracy and efficiency with our latest feature that allows assignment-level overrides for tax positions. Now, you can specify tax position overrides for Cost Estimate and Compensation Calculation templates

Features

Advanced Audit Logging

  • Added a new feature to provide detailed logging information for any operation performed in the platform. Audit information can then be reviewed via User Reports. Speak with your Equus representative if you are interested in using this feature

AI Assistant

  • To access the AI Assistant users will now requires all page rights (View, Add, Edit, Delete, and Execute)

  • The AI Assistant can now answer questions about the following:

    • Service Orders - including information about the Service Type, Current Status, and Vendor

    • Policy Field Exceptions - including information about the Policy Field Category, Exception Description, Reason, and Status

    • Note, access to this information is limited to users who have view rights to the Service Order Details and the Relocation Policy Field Exception Details pages

  • Tabulated results that have numeric column headers are now displayed correctly

  • Fixed a scenario where the AI Assistant sometimes generates a blank card

  • The AI Assistant will now always display text in white on a blue background

  • Corrected an issue which prevented some clients from accessing the AI Assistant

Assignment Details

  • A new section has been added to the Assignment Travel Destination screen to collect and review primary activities for business travelers, in order to support Business Travel assessments

  • New mobility case records will now need to be saved first, before adding Contact, Extension, and Destination records. This is in order to prevent errors

  • A badge has been added to the Mobility Details screen to display the Standardized Mobility Type associated with the record

  • Added the ability to search for mobility case records based on the assignee's mobility type and policy type

  • All mobility types, including those with multiple destination locations, will now have available supporting details in the Assignment Details screen

Authorizations

  • Resolved an error message that appears on the Services tab on Core Flex Authorizations

  • The Authorization screen now correctly displays the HTML Authorization Policy Help field

Business Rules

  • Resolved an issue when creating a new Business Rule if no rules exist in the system

Business Travel Compliance API

  • Assessments for Tax, Posted Worker Directive, Immigration and Social Security can be generated via the Vialto compliance engine, as soon as a new Travel Destination has been added to a Business Trip. Assessments can then be refreshed on demand or automatically via a background service

  • Additional features have been added to support assessments including:

    • Business Travel activities added to both the Mobility Manager and internal screens

    • New Business Traveler Dashboard to allow business travel creation, maintenance, as well as assessment results review

    • New page added to the Assignment Travel Destination, so information regarding assessments and Travel Destination Activities is clear to mobility managers

Checklists

  • Documents can now be added to Assignment and Company Checklists

  • The ‘Checklist Item Description’ field no longer renders HTML formatting as text

Documents

  • Documents uploaded to authorized user pages now correctly display on the Assignment Documents screen

Ecosystem

  • In this release we have added Icon Relocation (Relocation and Destination Services) – One-way connection (Service Orders)

Imports

  • Modified the handling of XML imports to support seamless imports that contain Prolog

  • Resolved an issue with the Import Service to prevent it from throwing exceptions

Integration Event Definition

  • A checkbox has been added to the Integration Event Definitions screen, which can be enabled to block emails and associated service orders from sending when a required field is missing

Landing Experience

  • Equus Standard Dashboards will now no longer be able to be edited or modified. Instead, users can copy a standard dashboard and then make changes as required.

  • The following standard dashboards have been added to support payroll information. Note, these dashboards are inactive by default :

    • Equus Dashboard - Payroll Management Overview

    • Equus Dashboard - Coordinator Overview – Payroll

  • A new ‘Business Traveler Dashboard’ has been added to allow business travel creation, maintenance as well as reviewing compliance assessment results

  • Widgets backed by user reports will now display a message when a backing user report times out or encounters errors

  • Updated the ‘Equus Dashboard – Compensation Super User’ dashboard to improve performance. Note, this dashboard will now have a new ID, and previously saved links will no longer work after this release

  • The ‘Show on Page’ field in settings now displays a value after a value is selected

Merge Documents

  • PDF merge document fields are now populating correctly, and the field length for field captions has been increased

Mobile Employee Experience

  • Resolved an issue with the color of the Mobile Employee Experience logo on the mobile app screen

Mobility Management

  • To support Business Travel assessments, a new section has been added to collect primary activities for business travelers

  • The following updates have been made to the Mobility Manager widget:

    • Added the ability to configure which Authorization Templates to display

    • The Trip section now displays destinations with start dates sorted in ascending order

    • The search feature now supports all mobility types including the mobility types that have multiple destination locations

    • Enhanced widget performance when a large number of company segment levels are being loaded

  • The Assignment Derived Calculations view for Mobility types has been improved to include details related to Business Traveler and Remote Worker mobility types

SQL Server Support

  • Starting this release (v24.3), support for any version of SQL Server 2008 will be discontinued. All Equus Mobile Workforce Platform databases running on any version SQL Server 2008 will need to be updated to SQL Server 2019 or SQL Server 2012 with a compatibility mode set to SQL Server 2012 (110) to ensure compatibility, security, and access to updates and support

Tax Positions

  • Previously, tax positions could only be defaulted from the Tax Position Set, Template or Assignment settings. Assignment level overrides for tax positions are now supported with a new screen

    • Users can select Cost Estimate and Compensation Calculation templates where overrides will be applied or ignored

    • The Tax Estimator fields on this screen are set to read-only by default. Users can update or delete them via the data dictionary override

    • Tax position overrides support Home, Home Work, and Host tax estimators and their corresponding tax inputs

  • Equus Standard Tax Position Sets have been updated to ensure that all tax positions have a standard input

Themes

  • Fixed a scenario where the logo is not displayed when using the system level Mobile Employee Experience Theme

  • Fixed an issue where the incorrect theme was being loaded and displayed for users when a new theme was added

User Reports

  • User Reports and User Report Types delivered by Equus can no longer be edited by users. If changes are required, users should make a copy of the User Report or User Report Type and make the necessary changes to the copy

  • Two additional tables are now supported in User Reports through the ‘PORTAL_PAYROLL_UPLOAD’ table path

  • Fixed a scenario where XSL transforms with a 'less than' tag are incorrectly transformed

  • Fixed a scenario to prevent extra commas from being added to User Reports exported as comma-separated files, when hidden filters are included in the filters list, but not included in the User Report fields

Vendor Integration

  • Trigger conditions can now be hidden when sending ‘Update Value(s)’ Integration Events between two Equus Platform instances via vendor integration
