Can I control who receives a pulse check / employee feedback?

When the employee feedback template is activated, all employees with at least one active assignment will see the "Give Feedback" menu item towards the bottom of the navigation menu in the Mobile Employee Experience (MEE).

Pulse Checks

Scheduled Pulse Checks support filters and can be sent to specific employee populations defined on the Schedule tab of the Pulse Check Template screen. The Assignment Filters section contains a conditions grid that let users configure conditions using AND/OR logic to combine multiple conditions. Filtering works on both the company and system level Pulse Check Template screens.

Filters are used to constrain the conditions under which the pulse check is sent to the assignments to be view and completed in the Mobile Employee Experience. If filters are used, they are similar to conditions found in Quick Workflows where there is a choice of using Field or Business Rule under the Source column of the grid.

All active scheduled Pulse Checks are listed in a Scheduled Pulse Checks grid on the Pulse Check Templates and Schedule screen.

Templates sent out using the quick workflow's Automation setting are sent to all active assignments in the company or system, respective of the level of the template after a date has passed or some assignment information has changed in the system and only when conditions are met.
