When the Help Center is activated, the Help floating widget appears in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen including internal Landing Experience dashboards. If the Help widget does not immediately appear after activation, try refreshing the screen.
Click on Help to open the Help Widget. Within the widget, help articles will be suggested to users based on the URL of the page the widget is accessed from. The widget is in learning mode and suggestions will improve with use. To view other articles, enter text in the search box and press [Enter] to view a refreshed list of suggested articles.
Click on the article name to view the contents of the article within the widget.
To close the widget, click on the "-"sign in the top right corner of the widget window.
