The Mobility Manager widget is a pre-built/standard widget which can be added to a Landing Experience Dashboard to Create New Case Records, to View/Edit Existing Case Records and/or Create New Authorizations.

Mobility Manager Widget

To add a Mobility Manager widget to a Landing Experience Dashboard, edit an existing LE Dashboard, add a widget, and select Mobility Manager from the Pre-Built widgets.

Add Mobility Manager Widget

On the Configure Mobility Manager Widget side panel, enter a title for the Mobility Manager widget, and select a color on the Theme field. Select whether to allow Authorization Templates on the widget by checking the box. If enabled, new tiles for authorization templates will appear under a section titled 'Start a new authorization'.

Note - specific authorization templates can be hidden from the Mobility Manager Widget, regardless of whether the Allow Authorization Templates tick box is checked.

Thing to Note

  • Appropriate security rights to the Assignment screen must be given to users' roles to create and view these Case Records/Create Authorizations

  • If a company does not have any authorization templates, or the user accessing the widget doesn't have access to the Authorization page, then no tiles will appear on the modal in the widget.
