Special Security Groups are created at a company level on the Special Security Group screen. Click
to create a new security group.
Populate the Name and Description fields and click
to create the special security group.
For a user to view assignments designated to this newly created special security group, update the Special Security Group Security tab on the User Maintenance screen for the user's record.
From here you can limit user access to a subset of assignments using special security group.
Once the special security group is created, assignments can be allocated to the group. To allocate a special security group, access an assignment record and find the Special Security Group Section.
Click
to add a group. An assignment can also have multiple special security groups associated with it.
