Click on
in the Data Fields section of the User Report Details screen to modify or add new fields to the report.
In edit mode, the Data Sources area will be populated with table names used in the selected User Report Type (Base Table and Additional Data Sources).
If the table name is highlighted in grey, the fields for that table are automatically displayed in the Available Data Fields section. To add the fields for the tables that are not included, click on the table name and then click
.
To add fields to the User Report you can either type text in the Search field to filter down the fields of interest or navigate the list using the scroll bar.
Select the field of interest from the "Available Data Fields" list and click on
. Multiple fields can be selected and added to the user report by selecting the Control or Shift key on the keyboard.
Press
to remove the filter when using the Search box again.
There are different types of data fields that can be added
<Account Sum> - this will be available as an Available Data field if the User Report Type includes the Assignment Data Source (table)
<Custom Calc Field> and <Custom SQL Field> - types of calculated fields
Standard fields including Custom Fields (which are associated with data sources identified in the User Report Type).
When a field is added, it will appear in the Selected Data Fields section. Newly added rows will appear at the bottom, and are highlighted yellow.
Once a data field is added to the Selected Data Fields grid, a field can be:

to save any changes before updating any other parts of the User Report. Alternatively, select an option from the Run Report drop down list and press
to see report output. A report filter can also be added.
Things to Note
If the fields that you require are not displayed in the "Available Fields" list, review the User Report Type by navigating to the User Report Type page using the User Report Type link.
Do not modify Equus Standard User Report Types as these may be updated as part of future releases. To identify all the user reports and their user report types , the "Equus - List of all System and Company Level User Reports" is available under the "Equus" report category. This reports lists all reports together with their user report types.
