You can add notes or issue communications throughout the Equus Platform system.
Create Note/Communication at the assignment level
To do this, navigate to the Notes/Communications screen found in the Overview menu option at the assignment record and click the
.
The note/communication popup will appear.
You can change the ‘Screen’. This is where this record will be associated. By default, it will be Note/Communication Assignment.
Select the type and enter the necessary details below. You can use email or note templates
You can then:
Save, Save and Copy and Save & Send for email type
Save, Save and Copy for other types
Notes/Communication within Another Screen
You may see the option to add a note or issue a communication via the envelop in the assignment header.
To issue a communication, click the envelop
The note/communication popup will appear similar to when issuing a notes/communication at the assignment level. You can then follow the steps above.
