Things to Note

  • Only one widget is allowed to be "expanded" at a time

  • When editing the title for Active Assignments by Country and Active Assignments by Phase widgets, only the "Active Assignments" portion of the title is customizable.

  • Custom widget descriptions can be changed after adding the widget to the dashboard to match the intended behavior. Descriptions are only viewable by users editing the dashboard and are limited to 500 characters.

  • Text and icons within the widget area that the theme is applied to will automatically adjust to either black or white based on the luminance of the background. Text will turn white for darker theme background and black for lighter theme backgrounds

  • When viewing widgets in their summary view including any numbers shown in hover-over, large numbers now show number separators based on the language setting of the user’s browser. Number separators will not appear in widget drill downs. For example - the value 123456789.05 will be displayed:

    • On a US-English browser - 123,456,789.05

    • On a Spain-Spanish browser - 123.456.789,05

  • The following widgets include standard links:

    • Open Initiations - links to the Initiation page for the record

    • Upcoming Start Dates, Active Assignments by Country, Upcoming End Dates, Active Assignments by Phase, Cancelled Assignments and Extended Assignments - links to the Assignment page for the record

  • The following widgets have an "Excel" button to export the displayed data to Microsoft Excel in XLXS format:

    • Prebuilt - Extended assignments, Cancelled assignments, Exceptions pending my approval and Open initiations.

    • Template - Data Table, Bar Chart, Column Chart, Pie Chart, Line Chart, Function, Word Cloud, Statistic List, Ranking and Big Triple Count
