A Compensation Calculation can be created for an assignment in the Equus Platform™ to calculate the appropriate compensation for the assignment. A Compensation Calculation is always for one year. Each Compensation Calculation line value can be entered manually or can be calculated based on a calculation specified in template.
Within an assignment, open the Compensation Calculations screen to create new, or view/edit existing compensation calculations.
Select the Primary box to designate specific Compensation Calculation. The Primary designation can be used to initiate other AssignmentProTM features, such as Assignee Letters.
