AssignmentPro Integration with Non-AssignmentPro is a type of vendor integration available when a client uses AssignmentPro, and a vendor uses a system other than AssignmentPro.
One key difference between vendors using AssignmentPro and those not is when a Service Order is received by a vendor from a client, it results in an Authorization in the Vendor’s site.
When not using AssignmentPro, a vendor will still continue to receive Service Orders in the same way. If required, the vendor can then automate the creation of an Assignment record by configuring their system to read the client’s AssignmentPro system for all newly created Service Orders.
