The first step in configuring AssignmentPro to share data with a vendor is selecting which set of fields can be accessed for data integration. You can check how to create and maintain vendors.
Permission Sets define access rights to key data related to the type of service being provided. Add the appropriate Integration Permission Set for a vendor to grant access to information for an assignment or employee (similar to the access a vendor contact would have accessing the system manually). When a user applies a permission set to a vendor, the vendor can use their own integration platform to either import or export data about the specified assignment or employee. If a vendor is providing multiple services, multiple Integration Permission Sets may be assigned.
Assign Permission Set to a Vendor
Navigate to vendor in the Search Vendor Screen
In the Vendor Details screen, go to the Security tab, and click
within the Integration Permission Sets section to add permissions.
Open the drop down list and choose the appropriate permission set for the vendor.

Once an Integration Permission Set is applied to a vendor, a Security Role called “Vendor Integration” is created.
