If the shipping country is greyed out during checkout, it means the country must be selected before entering the payment page.
How to Change the Shipping Country
Return to the main store page.
Click the country selector in the top navigation bar (or footer).
Select your correct shipping country.
Your basket will automatically recalculate based on the selected country.
Once updated, proceed to checkout again and the correct country will appear on the payment page.
Why Is the Country Locked at Checkout?
Shipping costs and VAT rules vary by country. For this reason, your delivery country must be selected before checkout so the correct pricing and tax calculations can be applied.
