If you’re a creator on elasticStage, you can purchase your own vinyl or CD at any time — either as a single copy (Test Record) or as a bulk order.
Option 1: Order a Test Record (Single Copy)
A Test Record is a complete, fully finished version of your release — exactly the same product your fans receive.
It includes:
Vinyl or CD disc
Full printed artwork
Sealed packaging
Booklet (if selected)
To order a Test Record:
Create and complete your release (audio, artwork, metadata).
Lock the release.
Select Order Test Record.
Test Records are sold at the Low price category and do not generate royalties.
You do not need to publish your release publicly if you only want to order Test Records.

Option 2: Order Bulk Copies (20+ Units)
If you need multiple copies for tours, events, promo, or resale, you can place a bulk order.
Bulk orders:
Are available once your release is live on the elasticStage store
Typically come in box sizes of 20, 25, 40, or 50 units (depending on format)
Are offered at approximately 25% off the lowest retail price
Do not generate royalties
You can choose to make your release public or private when attaching it to a Release Group.

Important Notes
Bulk orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to local import VAT or customs charges.
Test Records and bulk orders follow the same production process as fan orders.
