Can I reserve a bicycle in advance?
No, we do not offer long-term reservations (for hours or days). To ensure bikes are available for everyone, our fleet operates primarily on-demand.
Short-Term Reservations (30 Minutes)
In select cities, you can hold a bike for a short window before you arrive:
Duration: You can reserve a bike for up to 30 minutes.
Cost: This feature is often available at a discounted rate.
How to book: If available in your area, a "Reserve" prompt will appear when you select a bike in the app.
Automatic Cancellation (The "No-Show" Rule)
To keep the fleet moving, we use an automatic cancellation policy:
The 30-Minute Limit: If you do not physically unlock the bike within 30 minutes of starting your reservation, the session is automatically cancelled.
Fleet Accessibility: This ensures that "no-show" bikes become available for other riders immediately.
