Prerequisites
Floor level types, view frame position/rotation/scale, and section plane positions are configured via Properties.
Steps
1.) Switch BIM components on/off per view frame. Use the View Frame tab's Component Visibility group — this is a local, per-view-frame operation. Shaft-group-related features are also available as tutorial.
2.) Deactivate a single BIM component globally. Use the Component state property to deactivate one specific component — this is a global, project-wide operation, for example deactivating a door.
3.) Reactivate a component via the Data tree. Find the corresponding component data tree node/item — a key symbol indicates an inactive component state — and reactivate it via the tree node's context menu (right mouse button).
4.) Switch BIM dimensions on/off per view frame. Use the Dimensions tab's Dimensions group — also a local, per-view-frame operation, for example switching car and door dimensions off or on.
Result
You can control component and dimension visibility both locally (per view frame) and globally (project-wide), and reactivate a deactivated component via the Data tree.
