I have a health condition, can I use the sauna?

Please note that if you suffer from one of the following conditions, you should consult your GP before using the sauna or cold plunge:

  • Pregnancy

  • Diabetes

  • Seizures; e.g. epilepsy

  • Suffering from heart disease, circulatory problems, high or low blood pressure

  • Suffering from infectious diseases, skin disease, sores and wounds

  • Suffering an illness causing an inability to perspire

  • Are taking antihistamines, anticoagulants, vasoconstrictors, vasodilators, stimulants, hypnotic or tranquilliser or any other medication which makes the potential user unsure as to the advisability of using the sauna/steam room.

  • Suffer from migraine attacks

Please note we recommend not consuming a heavy a meal 90mins prior to your session.


We are a sober space and have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to drugs and alcohol.

If your condition is not listed above or you have any concerns about your health, please obtain permission from your GP before using the sauna.
