Make sure you are using the correct link
The Copilot Quests are set up using SSO (Single Sign-on) links, so a link shared by a friend or through informal channels might not work. Use the link circulated officially to see if that works!
Clear your browser cache, or try to sign on using Incognito Mode
Restart your device
The classic, "switch it off and on again" is often all a device needs.
Try using a different network

For example, if you're using Chrome try Chrome Canary. We often find it helpful to temporarily use Chrome Canary, which you can access at this link: https://www.google.com/chrome/canary/ Testing the program in Canary and getting it to work there helps to show that there is no problem with the program, or with your network, and indicates that there’s a problem with Chrome or your primary browser.
