The Users View displays all users which have been created prior within the Cofinity-X Portal. This also applies for all available Roles.
Use the Sort Feature ⇅ in the header to sort the users / roles in an ascending or descending order. When using this feature, the affected column header is highlighted.
Assign or Dismiss Roles for Users
NOTICE
Risk of Data Loss or Risk of System Lock-Out
Assigning or removing roles is carried out instantly.
Removing roles or permissions from your account / user may lead to system lock-out.
Do not remove necessary roles from your own account or user.
In case of a lock-out contact your relevant administrator.
From the list, choose the user you want to assign roles for.
Select Assign Roles.
Roles are assigned in a dialog.
Assign roles. Highlighted roles (blue) are in effect. For more information about roles and role types, see the tables below.
To finish the entry, close the dialog.
Rights

Read | User has read access. |
Write | User has write access. |
Admin | User has edit access, such as renaming and reconfiguring. |
Role Types
Role Type | Description |
Company Role | These roles are the default roles within Catena-X. They reflect the tasks and usage of data within your company. |
