If customer support has asked you for your withdrawal ID to investigate a missing withdrawal, you'll find it in the withdrawal confirmation email we sent you when you requested the withdrawal.
(The withdrawal ID is only in the confirmation email. You won't be able to find the withdrawal ID on the withdrawal screen in your account.)
