A withdrawal ID is a unique reference number assigned to each withdrawal you request on Cloudbet. When you contact customer support about a withdrawal, have your withdrawal ID ready to get help faster.
There are two places you can see your withdrawal ID: in your withdrawal confirmation email or on the withdrawal screen.
Withdrawal confirmation email
You can find the withdrawal ID at the bottom of the withdrawal confirmation email.
Withdrawal screen
On the Cloudbet site, select your profile icon.
Select Transactions.
Select the withdrawal you want.
Look for Withdrawal ID.
