To activate self-exclusion, you’ll need to complete a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period. Once that’s complete, you can extend your self-exclusion with one of the following options:

  • 1 week

  • 1 month

  • 6 months

  • 1 year

  • Permanent

What happens during self-exclusion

During self-exclusion, you cannot:

  • Access or reactivate your account

  • Withdraw, deposit, or place bets

  • Adjust your self-exclusion period

What happens after self-exclusion ends?

For temporary self-exclusion, you can deposit, bet, and withdraw as normal after your self-exclusion ends. If you choose permanent self-exclusion, your account will remain closed indefinitely.
