In the TLS (Traffic Light Sheet) you will see an overview of the patients being treated.

  1. Patient Stage

    1. Starting Up: Still installing the app, completing the intake, or scheduling the start date

    2. Active: Monitoring treatment with a sensor

    3. Phase 1 Completed: Completed the first sensor period

    4. In between: Between two sensors and therefore has no glucose data

    5. Phase 2 Completed: Completed the second sensor period

    6. Other: Does not fall under these statuses, including testers of the treatment or clients who purchased a commercial treatment (if applicable)

  2. Search field for patient ID

  3. Filter options

  4. Patient ID for internal communication. Click on the patient's line to expand more information

  5. Patient Status. A detailed status in addition to the phase

    1. Created: Patient registered

    2. Not registered: Has not yet installed the Clear.bio app

    3. Intake completed: Has completed the intake and will receive a sensor

    4. Planned sensor: Has entered a treatment start date and is waiting for the start date

    5. Starting: Has started with a sensor without a start date

    6. Active: Is actively performing treatment in combination with the sensor

    7. In between: Is in the period between two sensors and therefore has no glucose data

    8. Phase 1/2 completed: Has completed the first or second sensor period

    9. Completed: Has finished treatment

    10. Other: Does not fall under these statuses, usually test accounts

  6. Check-ins. Use this option to record a substantive check-in with the patient. The number of substantive check-ins performed is tracked. The minimum number of check-ins required is determined for each institution, contract, or care group. The check-ins are included in the notes. Read more here about the check-ins.

  7. Link patient data to glucose data (only in case of problems).

  8. Assign a patient to yourself. This option is intended when you work with multiple healthcare providers in the patient list.

  9. Open the patient file in a new tab. Read more here.
