Why did I lose my company verification?

If you change your company name, address, national company registration number, or VAT number in your CargoX company profile, your verification will reset and you will need to pass the 3rd party verification again.

Help

For the 3rd party (re)verification we will not charge the 15 units (𝕌) verification fee again, but you will need to provide us with an official document issued by your government/authority. The document must be issued in English OR translated into English by a court-appointed judicial translator. The document must match the new company details in your CargoX company account. Please send a clear and readable PDF document to support@cargox.io with the email subject: “Company verification for your-company-name”.
