Steps to acquiring the ACID number:
1. Share your company info
Share your company details with your Egyptian importer by visiting the gear icon (⚙) | Company details and clicking on the Copy company details. You can send the copied information to your importer via email or any other communication channel.
2. Wait for the ACI notification to arrive
Wait for your Egyptian importer to register the shipment with the Egyptian customs authority (NAFEZA) using your company information. When the Advance Cargo Information (ACI) request is approved for shipping, you will receive a notification via email, as well as in your CargoX account. The envelope with the attachment containing the ACID number and all other relevant information will be seen in your CargoX Inbox.
3. Compose and send the ACI envelope
You can now compose and send the ACI envelope.
