The AI-powered analysis automatically identifies and assigns document types within the Egypt ACI envelope.
It ensures correct classification of the required PDF document types:
BLC (Bill of Lading Copy),
PL (Packing List),
INV (Invoice),
COO (Certificate of Origin), and
AWBC (Air Waybill Copy).
It also recognises and classifies commonly used documents such as:
EUR1 (EUR.1 Movement Certificate),
COA (Certificate of Analysis),
CINS (Certificate of Insurance),
MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet),

How to start using automatic document classification:
1. Test the feature for FREE or purchase a Standard subscription
All companies receive one month of FREE document classification. After the trial, the feature is available only with a Standard subscription.

2. Create a new Egypt ACI envelope and upload your documents as usual
Within a few seconds, the system will assign document types to supported formats automatically.
3. Review the assigned document types
Continue as normal once you confirm that the document types are correct.
Tip
If you find that the system has assigned the wrong document type to a document, please manually adjust it by clicking on the Properties button next to the envelope and then selecting and saving the correct document type.
