The Company details section allows you to update key information about your company, such as its name, address, registration number, and VAT number. These changes are managed by company administrators and may require verification by CargoX to prevent fraud.
Step-by-step guide to updating your company account details:
1. Go to Company details
Sign in to your CargoX account, go to the gear icon (⚙) | Company details and click on the Edit company details button.

Only company administrators can perform this action.
Warning
If your company is already verified please know that changing your company name, address, national company registration number, or VAT number in your CargoX company profile, will resault in your company verifications reset and you will need to pass the 3rd party verification again. 2. Edit company details
Edit specific company details and click on the Submit changes button.
3. Confirm the change
Click on the Confirm button.

Most company details changes must be confirmed by CargoX to prevent fraudulent company details. You will be notified when it is resolved.
