To access, download or print your Eurostar tickets (including seat reservations), start by opening your Journey Guide.
Scroll to your Eurostar journey and click Retrieve Ticket to open the Eurostar portal.
Enter your Booking Reference and Surname to access your Manage My Booking page.
Select Get your tickets.
Select the passengers you'd like to download tickets for, then click Continue.
On the next page, scroll down and select View and Print Tickets.
You can then download your tickets to your device or print them if you prefer.
