If reservations aren’t required:
Take the next available train and update your Rail Planner app with the new service.
If reservations are required:
Speak to station staff, who will usually reissue or endorse your reservation for the next available train under the HOTNAT (Hop On The Next Available Train) scheme.
Don’t forget to update the app with the new departure time, and you’ll be all set to continue your journey.
