What should I do if my phone is lost, damaged, or stolen and I don’t have access to my Interrail/Eurail pass anymore?

If your device is lost, damaged, or broken while your Interrail/Eurail pass is on it, you can transfer it to a new device or to the device of a travel companion.

​To add your pass to a new device, please follow these steps:

  1. Install and open the Rail Planner app on your new device.

  2. Go to ‘My Pass’ and add your Interrail/Eurail pass using the last name and pass number from your Journey Guide.

  3. When prompted, tap 'Move Pass' and follow the steps to complete the transfer.

Please note: a pass can only be moved once, so be sure to use this option carefully.
