Choosing a starting template

The four AI Agent templates, what each includes, and how to choose the right one.

When you create a new AI Agent, the first decision is which template to start from. Templates come with a tone, a starter set of knowledge topics, and pre-written FAQs aligned to a specific property type.

Note: There's always the option to start from scratch. In that case, the tone, the starter set of knowledge topics, and the prewritten FAQs won't show up.

What a template gives you

  • A starting tone calibration

  • A pre-configured set of knowledge topics

  • A starter library of common guest FAQs for that segment

  • A default assignment rule structure

You can change everything after the template is applied. The template just saves you from starting blank.
