Reporting is available to customers on Business and Pro plans.
We provide various reports for your shipments based on volumes and transit times, risk concentration and days on quay. The reports are customisable to suit your needs. Delay reports can be split by PoD, route, and arrival country.
We also provide reports on container dwell time and port congestion, so you can see if your containers are sitting on quay longer than they should be and how congested the ports are that you ship into.
