Subscribing to Email Notifications

Stay informed about your shipments with Beacon’s email notifications, tailored to keep you updated on what matters most. Notifications are set at the board level, so you’ll only receive updates for the shipments that are most important to you.

Notification Options

  • Ocean Shipments:

    • ETA Updates: Receive daily or weekly notifications with the latest estimated time of arrival for shipments on your selected boards.

    • Arrival Updates: Get daily or weekly updates once shipments on your boards arrive at their destination.

  • Road & Air Shipments:

    • Departure Notifications: Receive notifications whenever shipments on your selected boards depart.

How to Subscribe

  1. Create or Select a Live Board: Start by creating a live board or selecting an existing one. Notifications are tied to specific boards. (Need help? Check out our guide: How to Create a Live Board)

  2. Access Notifications Settings: Go to the Notifications section in your account settings.

  3. Set Notification Preferences: Pick the notification type—ETA Updates, Arrival Updates, or Departure Notifications—and set the frequency to Daily or Weekly.

  4. Save Your Preferences: Click Save, and you’re all set!

Tip: If you create a new live board, you’ll automatically be subscribed to updates for that board, so you won’t miss a thing.
