Why can't I save Med Plans?

When saving med plans you may encounter an error reading 'Unable to save Med plan' in a red box after witnessing. This will most likely be due to the date format on the first page showing in United States date format as Atlas does not support US language settings on this page



Please press on the 3 dots in the top right of the browser window and navigate to Settings near the bottom. This is almost identical on either Edge or Chrome.

Here, please press Languages (Please note this again is almost identical regardless of which browser you are using)



And please ensure that English (United Kingdom) is set to TOP


Please then reload the page and attempt to save the med plan again. This time you will see that the date format is reading correctly as UK format
