FAQ: What to do if a prescriptions becomes jammed in the Primo scanner

If a prescription is caught, crumpled or jammed in the Primo scanner you will need to remove it and re-scan the prescription.

To remove a jammed prescription follow this process:

1. A message will appear on Primo which states the error

2. Open Primo by pressing the grey buttons on the side of the machine

3. Extract the prescription

4. Close Primo

5. Flatten the prescription and attempt to scan again
