Please ask customer to download TeamViewer QuickSupport from the following link:
This will enable us to view their system remotely.
If they can then please provide us with the ID and Password we can start the viewing session.
Ensure that the log in USERNAME INVA3\and PASSWORD is from implementation team to the pharmacy via emailed along with the link to the Atlas user guides. Atlas (atlasemar.com)
When the pharmacy log on to the server for the first time a box similar to the one below will appear, it will ask for USERNAME AND PASSWORD not the email address.
USERNAME will only have to be entered once and will store, however the password will have to be entered each time the system is logged into. I would recommend that the pharmacy copy the case sensitive password onto a blank word document and save it.
Once logged in the following verify page should appear.
Take remote control or ask the staff member to click Enter Users and add user, ask the staff member to add in their first name, surname and email address and then click send pin and ok or close. This will be their individual log in details to CAPA which will be asked for following logging into the system itself.
This will send a pin number to the users email address, their personal log in will be USERNAME: first name and surname with a full stop (.) in between.
PASSWORD will be the pin number received on the email.
Now click on Verify CAPA install. The following page should appear:
If the Zebra printer and barcode scanner are already set up click the print test label button, confirm that label has printed then click scan 2D barcode and scan the label generated. If the system is set up correctly you will see PASS in the result box. Tick YES or NO to PMR on PC question and use the drop-down box to confirm the windows operating system on the computer. NOTE: You must use the drop-down box and select even if the windows 10 pro or above default is correct. Once all completed a PASS will appear in the result box, save and exit.
If the Zebra printer and barcode scanner are not setup and configured with the system, ask the pharmacy to open the Atlas helpfiles link sent and go to
PHARMACY USER GUIDES.
From here scroll down to the HARDWARE and INSTALLATION section.
Select the Connect and configure your barcode scanner
β3. Connect and configure your barcode scanner for CAPA β Atlas
and use the correct configuration document depending on the make of the scanner. Once the configuration doc is scanned you can check if the barcode scanner is installed by asking the pharmacy to open a blank work document and scan and manufacturers barcode on a box to hand, if configured you should see a $ followed by a series of numbers.
Follow the set-up guide for the Zebra printer next ensuring that all steps are completed with the driver programme and the printer is showing on the hardware list on the pharmacy computer.
To confirm print a test label and then complete the
system checks again,
This will take you back to the system verification page to try again.

Once all steps are complete and the system is configured log out and ask the staff member at the pharmacy to log in with the password which should have come through to them. Ask them to click the search button at the top of the screen then add CAPA users, show how to add other staff members so they have an individual log in to the system by following the add user steps above. Staff access levels can be changed by highlighting the name and clicking details,
The additional role based access tab at the top of the next page can be used to allow the staff member to add/remove users from the system, I would recommend doing this for the pharmacist/manager/lead. Highlight the role required from the left hand box and click add role, it will move to the right hand box and be assigned. Only those shown below need to be selected the others are N/A.
Role access can be removed or the user archived here also.
The system should now be set up and configured and training can take place.
