New Features

  • Pending Clinical Check Warning: To minimise clinical risk when adding a new medication in Atlas Central, you will now see an alert if the item in question is pending a clinical medication review at the pharmacy. The system will prevent you from adding the item and will prompt you to contact the pharmacy to complete the outstanding review. For more information on this feature please see our user guide

Improvements

  • Reinstate Drug Prompt: This feature enhances the current ‘add drug’ functionality in the Atlas Central. It allows you to reinstate a medication when adding a new record to a resident’s profile if an archived record already exists. For more information on this feature please see our user guide

  • Duplicate Therapy Warning: To reduce the risk of creating duplicate medication profiles for residents, we’ve updated the “Add Drug” feature on Atlas Central. Now, when you try to add a medication that the resident is already taking, a warning message will be displayed and the “Add Drug” button will be greyed out, Users will be prevented from adding the same medication twice for a resident to reduce any risk of overdosing.. Bug Fixes

  • TMAR update: We have removed a TMAR incorrectly displayed for Peppermint Water bp 1973 [Bug Fix 2]: Description of the bug and how it was resolved.

  • TMAR update: We have added the TMAR to Femseven conti patches and Estriol 1mg/g vaginal cream

  • Archived Medication Filter- The filter by drug type (medical/surgical) within the archived drug pages was previously non-functional. This issue has now been resolved.

  • User Unable To Add Punctuation Within The Stock Take Discrepancy Action Screen - Users have previously been unable to use punctuation when actioning a stock take discrepancy, this has now been resolved.

Additional Information

Medications with pending checks at the Pharmacy will be prompted to users 15 minutes after a clinical check is created.
