If you find that you are not receiving your email reports such as Daily reports or emailed MAR charts as expected it may be that you use account has not been set up as subscribed to the reports.
To check if you have subscribed to emailed reports follow this process;
1. Log in to your Atlas Central account.
2. Select manage users from the option bar.
3. Click edit on the user profile.
4. Click the subscriptions tab on the profile.
5. All reports that you wish to receive should be subscribed to. To change the subscription click the drop down box and amend.
Tips
Check your junk and spam folder to make sure that there are no reports being reallocated to these folders. If you find they are you can simply mark the emails as "not junk" to avoid this happening in future.

Speak with your IT department. Some times global changes to email security settings within organisations can cause emails to be blocked. Its always worth checking with your IT department if any chances have been made that might affect the delivery of these reports.
