Granting Scorecard Access (Internal Process)

This process describes how to manage requests for Atlas Scorecard access and defines which team performs which action.

Checklist to be completed prior to granting Scorecard access.

- Customer requests Scorecard access

- Do they have it itemised on ERP. If yes, provide access following steps below. If no, raise a request on the CS - eMAR channel.

- Once the order has been accepted CS will raise a ticket with Support to grant Scorecard Access.

Granting Scorecard Access for a User

If a customer requests Scorecard access for a Manager or Deputy for a single care home please follow process below.

1. From Atlas Central, impersonate the Care Home then go to Manager users

2. Select Manage Roles

3. From the Access Levels screen select Edit for the appropriate Access Level.

4. From the Edit Access Level Section tick the Can view analytics box and select save. Advise the Customer it can take a couple of hours to activate.

Please note: This is set at a Access Level so any other user with this access level will have access to scorecard.

Granting Scorecard access for a Care home Group.

This should only be used for Senior Management who require Group access.

1. From Atlas Central go to Manager users

2. Select Manager Atlas Scorecard

3. Locate the Manager in the Professionals list then select Enable Atlas Scorecard. Advise the Customer it can take a couple of hours to activate.

Please note: this process will grant scorecard access for all Care homes in the Group. On ERP an order will have to be raised for each care home within the organisation.
