If you no longer wish to use the medication management system and are in the process of off-boarding from the platform, you will need to download all admin data from the system and save it locally before access to the system is revoked. This has been designed to be straightforward to do and all information you may require can be found in the Document Library on Atlas Central.
Please locate Reports on the left hand panel, followed by Document Library. You will see the below screen
You may need any or all of these however most likely as a priority you will want to select the final option, Monthly MAR charts. Please press details on the right
This will display a list containing a Monthly generated historic MAR chart for each unit listed with the unit name and date generated
By default this will show the last 6 months however you can use the date filters at the top of the page to generate a longer list as well as optionally selecting to display only a specific unit
To download the data, please press 'Open' on each line. This will download the file into your download tray and can be found on your PC's downloads folder. Simply repeat this for all data needed form the Document library.
