In this article we will go through the steps to change the name of a existing unit for a care home.
1. To rename a unit login to CAPA, go to the search tab at the top of the screen and select the care home from the care home list.
2. Once you are in the correct care home, select 'View Home Details'. You will then need to double click a unit from the bottom of the screen.
3. You then select the change button next to the postcode, delete the old name and enter in the new name the home have requested, once done press OK and close out of the care home screen.
4. Once completed, get the home to updating prescribed items & sync their handsets to see name change.
