This guide will explain how to change a Care Home to the Universal Edition on the Atlas eMar devices. It is Important to ensure full sync are completed to ensure no loss of data occurs during this process.
Ask the Care Home to ensure ALL devices have been successfully synchronised before the update it done.

Step 1 - Open up Atlas Manager > Manage Care homes and search and select for the care home you wish to update.
Step 2 - Tick the Universal Edition Box.
Step 3 - Select a user from the manage users list.
Step 4 - Click the update button.
Once all the following steps above have been completed, advise the home to reboot and sync the devices again and they should now be updated to the Universal Edition.
Please remember to inform the care home the change allows the homes to be able to switch units within the same device.
