To be able to view the monthly cycle dates you will need to select the unit you wish to view the monthly cycle dates for. Select the dropdown tab underneath the home title.

After selecting the unit from the dropdown box select 'view current monthly cycle'

This will take you to the units cycle start dates.

To find out what the cycle dates are needed to be changed to, ask the staff member what the residential homes next cycle start date is.

Once you know the homes next cycle start date you can use Sam's calculator to find out what date needs to be added to each section - MAR Calculator | Sam's Atlas (samsatlas.co) Please double check what the week is by looking at your teams calendar to determine what week the unit should be listed as rather than the calculator as the week may be incorrect if the next cycle start date falls on a weekend.

Here is an example of a cycle start date being inputted to the calculator

You will now need to go back to CAPA and you can start adjusting the dates. Double click on the date in the list that you wish to change. A prompt will appear asking if you wish to change this date, select yes.

A new tab will open allowing you to change the date, once you have adjusted the date select OK.
After changing the delivery date there will be a pop up to ask you whether this is a permanent change or a temporary change, select the appropriate tab.

Once the dates have been changed for all the options, you might need to also change the CAPA week.

To change the CAPA week go back to the previous page and select the 'home details' tab

In the bottom left corner double click the unit you wish to change the week for

Select the 'systems' tab

Select 'change week'

A tab will then open allowing you to change the care home week.

After selecting update you will be asked to confirm the change, once this is confirmed the change will be complete.
