How to Reset a Prescription

Step by Step:

1. Double click on the prescription you are working on from the "Ready to Enter" section on CAPA.

2. Click on 'Actions' in the bottom left hand corner of the window which has just opened up.

3. Click 'Reset all data' and click "Yes" on the following prompt that pops up.

4. Item will appear back at the top of you 'ready to enter' screen to be processed again.
