To help you manage the rollout of the new Ardoq experience in your organization, two feature toggles are available. Each toggle enables a different set of changes and can be activated independently, giving you flexibility in how you introduce the new experience.
When a toggle is enabled, the changes take effect immediately for all users in your organization. You can also disable the toggles at any time during the transition period, which will run over the next six months.
Note: During this transition period, the product team will continue to iterate on and improve the new experience based on feedback and real-world usage, refining workflows and addressing any challenges that arise.
How to enable the new Ardoq experience
Go to My Organization > Admin > Organization settings > Features.
Under New Ardoq Experience, you can turn on New Core Experience and/or New Discover Experience independently
Confirm in the dialog that you’re okay with turning the feature set on for your entire organization
Note: While you can opt in and -out at any time, you will enable the features for all users in your organization.
Recommended rollout
To ensure a smooth transition, we recommend introducing the new experience in stages:
Start in a sandbox
If you have a sandbox environment, test both feature toggles there before enabling them in production.Enable the new Core experience first
Start by enabling the New Core Experience for admins and architects. This allows your core users to become familiar with the updated navigation and workflows.Enable the new Discover experience next
Once your team is comfortable, enable the New Discover Experience for contributors.Communicate the change
A short heads-up to your users before enabling the new experience can help set expectations and ensure a smoother transition.
New Core experience feature toggle
This toggle updates the interface and introduces new workflows for Core users (Admins, Writers, and Readers). It provides a redesigned homepage, improved navigation, and a more streamlined way of working with data.
What it enables
A new homepage with asset summaries and a pinnable insights section
Redesigned sidebar and top bar navigation
The ability to work directly in the view, including editing data within visualizations
An enhanced Component Overview Page
What to expect
The new homepage replaces the current landing page. Admins will see onboarding steps (available for new customers only), asset summaries, and relevant dashboard insights surfaced directly on the homepage. Read more here.
Working in the view introduces a more interactive way of modeling. Users can create and update components and relationships directly within visualizations, which changes how views are used in day-to-day workflows. Read more here.

The Discover landing page replaces the previous entry point. We recommend reviewing your Discover configuration to ensure access and content are set up as intended.
Navigation is now aligned with the Core experience, providing a more consistent structure across roles and making it easier to move between workflows.

New organizations
Organizations created after April 8, 2026 will have both feature toggles enabled by default. This means they will start directly with the New Ardoq Experience, including both the Core and Discover updates.
